  1. Basic Education

Enrollment is truly significant in every educational institution. Enrollees are the institution’s lifeblood. Focusing on increasing enrollment requires a fully coordinated effort of administrators and teachers working together on the best strategies.

Majority of private schools’ enrollment period is two months before the start of classes for the new school year. Private Schools, State Colleges and Universities, including universities that are following the school opening schedule of DepEd, are highly encouraged to also accept late enrollees until the extension date as per DepED Order 038 s. 2021.

We aim to give opportunities to our students to continue their studies whatever the reason may be despite being late enrollees, support them pursue their education and later make their dreams come true, and create a process and guidelines to accommodate late enrollees.

    1. The submission of the following requirements especially the Report Card is necessary to validate if the late enrollee is qualified:
      • Report cards or Form 138 / Transfer credentials
      • PSA Birth Certificate
      • Baptismal Certificate
    2. The school can still accept late enrollees before the second grading of the school year begins, but the advisers need to assist the students regarding the activities and lessons they missed.
    3. To avoid misapprehension, transferees and late enrollees are two different things. Transferees are students who have enrolled or taken e.g. First Grading Grades in other schools and will continue in our school within the school year. While late enrollees are the students who passed in the previous school year that are unable to enroll on the given date of enrollment

    Things to Consider:

    • The opening and closing of a student’s enrollment entry into the DepEd system is called Learner’s Information System (LIS). (The school shall follow the closing date of student’s enrollment as prescribed by the DepEd-LIS)
    • The deadlines of submission of enrollment reports needed for ESC, SHS Voucher, and other scholarship grants.
  2. College
    1. The Registrar attends to the request of the students in case of late enrollment
    2. The student presents a letter requesting for approval to enroll. To be embodied in the request are the following: justification of the request, subjects to be taken and their corresponding units, schedule of classes, and semestral load as per College’s approved curriculum.
  • Certificate / Proof of compliance with the Commission on Immigration requirements and the Department of Foreign Affairs
  • Certificate of Eligibility for Admission from the DepEd
  • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) against the original and signed officer from the Foreign Division, DepEd
  • Original Report Card (Consider DepEd Guidelines for from Foreign Countries Seeking Admission to Philippine Schools)
  • Birth and Baptismal Certificate
  • Interview of Parent/Guardian by the Principal/Dean
  • All requirements submitted will become part of the property of the school and will not be returned or photocopied.
  • If deemed necessary, the school has the right to require applicants to submit additional requirements and documents.
  • The school is not authorized to alter official/legal documents submitted.
